Groomer Needed near Syracuse!

Have a Snowbird with a small Maltese who gets a #3-3/4 cut monthly. Great people and they tip generously and purchase retail also. Dog was groomed last near Syracuse but woman is not happy with the in-home groomer who groomed him. Simple cut - dog is an angel, tiny and 3 years old.
