Hi everyone,
my brother in law was in a major accident yesterday, there was a 20 car pile-up on the highway while he was on his way to work. He got out to help people, and he either slipped or got hit by a car and fell off a 70 ft. bridge. Needless to say he is in rough shape, but lucky to be even alive. Me and my sister in law are pretty close and I watch their daughter (4 yrs old) every day. My brother in law is just an amazing guy. Always willing to help everybody else, no matter what it might mean for him. He is always active and talking too, so its hard to see him in the hospital. But he has a severely fractured pelvis (practically crushed), collapsed lung, broken wrist(the least of the worries right now), possible injured nerves in back, among some other injuries which we arent sure of yet. They cant do more tests and surgeries until he becomes stable. Everytime they tried moving him up until late last night, his body would become unstable again. He is in critical condition. So, to wrap it up for now, the whole family needs prayer rght now. I am picking up their daughter today and she is staying w/us indefinitly. There are some good things too though, his vital signs are slowly returning to normal and stabilizing and the internal bleeding is slowing down, so we will see how he is doing today. Will keep you updated. Just pray!!
