Microsoft Outlook help????

I'm trying to figure out how to make Microsoft Outlook for for me. I have no idea what I'm doing and it won't do everything I'm asking it to.

For anyone who uses Outlook for their client info and history, could you help?

Are you trying to fill out the contacts in Outlook?

If that's it go to contacts tab and click new. Or go to the drop down menu (new) and go to contact. It's ctrl+shift+C

If you need any further help or you are trying to do something different just let me know. My boyfriend is a computer guy, my step-dad fixes comps for work and my best friend builds and programs comps for work so I have an endless supply of info.
