How to Post my Avatar

I found an avatar that I saved to my computer, but I cannot figure out how to add it to my profile.

Can anyone help a computer-dummy?

okay, I don't know if this will help. But over on the top left of this board it says "User CP", click on that and then click on Edit Avatar. Try that, I hope it works!!
