Vacation Notice

Hey,
I am going on vacation and closing my shop from July 15th through the 21st. I want to put up a notice now so that people can schedule accordingly. I was wondering if anyone has something creative to say on the sign, like THe shop will be closed from July 15th through July 21st for groomer rejuvanation. Or something cute like that with out sounding weird.

Name of your shop: will be closed July ? to ? 2007 for (if you want to explain). We did not have any appointments scheduled, however in the event that we missed any little buddy’s appointment we are very apologetic. We also apologize if this has caused any inconvenience.

That would be cute and people should still get what you are trying to say. I usually try to stay away from "cutsie" notices, because a lot of people actually don't "get" them. That is easy to understand though.

Where are you going? Somewhere that has white, sandy beaches and frosty rum drinks?

Yep! The sandy beached are at the hotel (mandalay bay) and the drinks are everywhere you look! Viva Las Vegas!!! Too bad it's not until July

I just got home from a cruise to Costa Maya and Cozumel, Mexico, and I didn't want the vacation to end. I kept wondering if there was somewhere I could hide on the ship where they wouldn't find me and make me get off. It sounds like your vacation is going to be relaxing and fun too so hope you have a wonderful time!
