I called Bichon rescue and luckily a Tucson lady is coming to Gilbert next weekend and she or someone will check out dog...she has a list and a young dog is easy to place, so I think Roxy will get loved soon. I love happily ever after dog stories if I can help...or anyone helps. Yeah hang in there Roxy.
