    Guess I shouldn't complain...

Here in Dallas, Texas it's 34 degrees but feels like 25! Yesterday afternoon it was in the 60's and gorgeous! It should be a little warmer tomorrow, but then rainy and cold Tuesday and Wednesday. I hate cold weather, too.

In MD, we had crazy 50 and 60 degree temps through the early middle of January (LOVED IT!!), but it finally normalized out and got to the teens and 20s and 30s. Had a few flurries, but nothing major yet. If I weren't such a homebody, I'd go south!

It's 15* today and we are to get like 8-10 inches of snow, we haven't had but 3 inches since last Nov. so we are DUE for some.

Here in California, it is raining. It rained all night and most of yesterday, and still going. Hasn't rained in a while, it's looks really dry where I live, so I think it's a good thing.

It's actually nice here in Mass. today. Sunny out! About 30. I'll take it. This week back to the teens and 20's. So far hardly any snow, loving that! We've only had about 2 inches all winter!! Weird!!

That's pretty much how it has been here in Virginia too. It is finally getting cold, but then out of the blue (like yesterday) it was in the 60's. Now we're back to freezing again today. We all have cold bugs in our house. So we're just huddling 'round the fireplace today...pj's, fuzzy socks and hot cocoa. Brrrrr...

It's -17c with the windchill. It's windy with light flurries. Better than last wk-it was -52c with the wind. Poor little car didn't want to start even though it was plugged in all night. Only 52 days till SPRING! Can't wait!

We are finally back to normal ... it's in upper 60's here in San Diego. Partly cloudly and partly sunny.

We're having the coldest weather we've had so far this winter. It's in the low 30s during the day, if you want to call that cold. No snow yet this winter, but we've had some freezing rain. As much as I hate snow, I prefer it to freezing rain. But at least we didn't get hit with it as badly as some places.

We did lose our power last night for about 2 hours. They were working on the lines down by the road, and something arced. I was watching tv and we heard this really strange noise. It sounded like a UFO was landing, lol. Then there were weird colored lights flashing outside, green and pink. Then the lights went out. Looked out the window, and the wires were on fire.

Fortunately there was no wind, and the temps outside weren't bitter cold. The house got a little chilly, but not bad. Just put on a sweater type chill. Glad they only took 2 hours to get us back on line, though.

We are in the low 40's in the day and high 20's at night. We haven't had much rain or snow. We are way behind in precipatation and it isn't looking good.
