  • business cards and magnets

I don't know how sales run in Joann Fabrics, but here in Maryland, they've got a 40% off sale on magnet makers called Xyron 510 and 900 till Feb. 10 ($120 down to $72 and $50 down to $30). If I find out that I get the money to start my mobile, I'm running out to get one. It's a nifty idea.

For those who get access to free or cheap business cards, say, from Vistaprint, do they allow you do use your own pictures? Or do you have to use theirs? I thought about using the free ones Vistaprint offers and have their logo hidden by the magnet, but I can't use my picture I don't think. I don't think they even have pet related pictures for the free ones. Any recommendations?

Have you looked into what they offer at www.AnimalInk.com?

I think you can use your own pictures at Vistaprint for a small fee. I just ordered a bunch of stuff from them. I love them! Also try mbsvet.com. Awesome prices on marketing materials.

the free ones you can't use your own stuff with, but if you pay yes you can upload your own graphics.

          Biz Cards

If you have minimal computer skills, you could get a simple computer program for making biz cards and even use your own photos if you like. There are some pretty inexpensive programs for sale at any office supply. They also sell the magnetic biz card backs as well. Lots of luck!

            vista print

You can use your own design/logo for a small fee with vistaprint. It is still way cheaper than other printers I've seen, plus your design is still there for you when you want to reorder.

My computer skills are lacking, so my cards on Vistaprint (though economical) look homemade. Adele at Animals Ink her cards look awesome. It is one of those things where you pay more for a professional look.

Did you mean www.animalsink.com? I love that site, so many choices. Don't mean to be a smart ass. I clicked on your link to see if it was the site I liked and it wasn't.
