Just wanted to introduce myself. I am from northeast Pa and I was a member newbie member last year but wow everything has changed. The new site is awesome. I have been grooming for 13 years and recently opened a commerical location in my hometown after grooming out of my house for the last two years. I am looking forward to meeting and chatting with ya all!

Hi and Welcome ! I'm new here too and I'm from Delaware County . My son & I have a shop here . I've been having a great time here - looking into everything & chatting with everyone. A few of us are going to try to meet up at a trade show in Hershey sometime in Sept.- maybe you would be interested.

How do you like being in a commercial site after being at home for so long. I'm spoiled I really like being at home but know that if I was in a commercial site I would be really busy

Hi Everbody thanks for all the replies. Dakota48 I will be at groom expo in Hershey this will be my 4th year in a row! I can't wait. And plushpuppy I love being in my commerical site. I had restrictions at my house and could not retail anything I didn't make! lol! Like I would have time to do that too! And I out grew my space I had for the grooming. So it was a matter of either expanding my house or renting a space where I could retail. Don't get me wrong it was very convienent but now my I can grow in all kinds of directions! I think some people liked that I groomed out of my house it was more personal, but then some people like that I am more professional I guess. I would say my clientele almost doubled and I only moved in nov! I will be looking for help soon. Hopefully this helps! Pam
