      Hi Gracy Rose!

What nice pictures you posted! I love Florida, especially Disney. Me and my family visit there at least once a year. My parents used to live in Lakeland.

What a menagerie you have. Any problems with gators and your animals??

Welcome, looking forward to your posts!!

        Gracy Rose

Your website has great infomation on all of your services. However I would love to see what the inside of your salon looks like, if you have any pictures please post them. (I am dreaming of my future salon in CHarlotte, NC) LOL

Did you start mobile or did you have your shop first?

At your shop how many groomers do you have on staff?

I also have 3 children, a husband, but only 3 animals. How do you do it????!!!

        Thanks,

        Jennifer

            Oh wait I found this....

Very serious, generally not very active. Enterprising, docile, very much attached to his master and his entourage. The Bolognese is slightly more reserved and shy than its cousin, the Bichon Frise. Bolognese enjoys companionship of people and forms a close relationship with its owner. Vivacious, playful and happy. Outdoors he's rough -and-tumble, indoors he is shadows his owner possessively. He has been known to howl mournfully when his owner is busy and cannot pay attention to him. Most are friendly with strangers, but some are a bit timid, so he should be accustomed to people and noises at an early age. The Bolognese gets along very well with other animals. This willing little dog is quite responsive to obedience training. The Bolognese does best with older considerate children.

I found these pics too...guess I could've looked myself before asking...

              exactly

You described my Gracy to a Tee. As you can tell by her lovely picture I keep her groomed not shaggy. I had a Bichon Frise that was my baby, when she passed away, I never wanted another one. My loving hubby bought Gracy for me.

                pictures

I will get pics for you.

at each salon I have 2 full time groomers, 1 bather, 1 FT receptionist. At my salon that has Self serve, I have a bather that works Saturdays as well to do nails and clean the self serve area. And, I have one other groomer besides myself to work Mobile. Salons came first.

As far as time, I have the worlds greatest hubby, he does payroll and the bills. Plus he fixes everything.

Have you ever heard they saying "want something done ask a busy person"? This is soooooo me.

Hi Plush, I opened my first shop in May 2005, the second one kind of fell in my lap at a convenient time. I just purchased the mobile and am trying to buy two more. I truly want to sell one of my salons and just have 1 shop and the fleet of mobiles. We are currently in the designing phaze for our fleet. I added my van pics under the mobile photo section. I have only been grooming for 3 years but originally had designs to be a vet (even received my BS in Animal Science from UF...go gators!).

Plush, how is your shop going? I have a file FULL of info, forms, handbooks, etc. Please don't hesitate should you need anything.
