Bather salaries

Would anyone be willing to share with me as a groom shop owner, how you operate your bather salaries, I need to make changes at my shop, so that I do not absorb all the cost.

Hourly, plus they split tips evenly with the groomer when they bathe a groom dog. All of my bathers also are trained to do nails, anal glands, clean ears, pull ear hair,shave pads and feet. They can do complete brush out on bath dogs when necessary.
