I lost my adapter

The one that goes to my trailer that allows me to plug a regular extension cord in for power. WHAHHH! I have called every RV and Marine place around and no one has them. WHAAHHH! Now I have to run my gene for power.

You can't get an extra from the place that did your conversion? Can't find one on line? I'd really rather run my generator for power as I get more consistent power delivered at the correct wattage (voltage??? DOUG where are you??) for my equipment. Under-amping is as bad as over-amping your power equipment. I used to plug in during the winter and run my generator in the summer when using the AC. There were a few houses that I couldn't plug in for power due to accessability issues. I listened to the sound of my Hanvey Hi-V Gold drier that only pulls 10.5 amps and it was waaaaay slow I thought but wasn't sure. Next house, two houses over, I had to use my generator and that's when I noticed that the power delivery seemed "off" when I plugged in; I'd never really paid attention before that. I'd really rather pay for the gas and maintenance on my generator than to have to start replacing my high $$$ power equipment because I was too cheap and too busy saving a penny to NOT see the $$$ I was spending in the long run.

oh that is a bummer.. try the internet. Do you have a wagntails?? If you do they are awesome about over nighting stuff that you need. I broke the sliding door hinge and they sent me one over night at no charge They are awesome. I am sure they could hook you up with another one or direct you to a distributer.

I called the guy that I got my trailer from. He is in Conneticut. Said he would mail one out tomorrow. For now, I have to use my gene even at home for the end of day clean up. HMM. Maybe since I really don't have anything else scheduled yet this week, I will leave it dirty. hehe. That is so sad that I have nothing else for this week. Not getting in the phone book is killing me.

I think I know someone who could help you in San Jose, Ca. He did my first van with deep cell batteries and plug was big, not usual kind. He does van conversions and my van was his first mobile. he's great. Gary Miller. If I can tell you his bus name on here,let me know. He works alone and they are personalized they way you'd want. tell him jbates sent ya. Talked to him not too long ago. HAS GREAT IDEAS. hE SHOULD GET ON HERE

If your like me you should have aleast 2 spares! When I had to plug in I lost them all the time. LOL.. Also over time they seem to melt together so keep a eye on that too... Good luck!
