    My a/c took a **** in my Gryphon. I called Frigidair and they gave me the run around and told me to find the local service shop to have it looked at. Well, they can't come for 2 weeks. Hello. It is getting hot. So I called Joe and he said forget them and sent me a Lowe's gift card to just buy a new one. THANKS JOE! You are the greatest.
    If your dog is fat, you are not getting enough exercise!

        good thing it wasn't a wagntails huh? LOL Those Gryphon folks are really keepn it together aren't they? I must buy a truck!!!!!

            Yeah, the poo does keep falling on me lol. Everything is breaking lol. But, thanks to Joe, I will have a new a/c this weekend.

              That is awesome. Hairdevil, I have had nothing but great experience with Wagntials. I had a bad battery charger/converter thing and they overnighted me on the next morning it was at my door. They have taken care of every problem or question I have ever had in a professional and timely manner.
              What does a dog do on it's day off?

                Hairdevil what bad experience have you had with Wagntails? I just bought the elite in december and was under the impression if anything went wrong they would fix it. Now you have me concerned. Please explain your comment.

                  Dogsr4luv...you have no need to be worried or concerned....Wagn'tails customer service is unsurpassed and you will find many that will attest to that. When you have a problem, (and I've had a couple from very minor to very serious), they will help you immediately. They will talk you through any repair you may need to make, and spend as much time with you on the phone as necessary to get the problem repaired. Jaimie is awesome. I called last Thursday because my vacuum hose had split near the end, and I wanted to buy a new one. They could have easily charged me, because I expected to be, but a new one was to me by Monday, free of charge. When I had my accident they took care of everything that I needed them to including speaking with the auto body shop, insurance people with questions, and the graphics appliers. Speaking from my own experience and others that I have personally spoken to, they return calls promptly. They know that this is our business and our money lifeline and they take care of the people who purchase from them. So, no...don't be worried or concerned without accurate information or words just thrown out. I'm sure there are people with issues, but for the most part I think most would say their customer service is tops.

                    I just was reading about the one that had problems with her graphics. Seems after a bit of tugawar,she got them to replace them...so ^5 for wagntails...

                        --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                        I am happy to say that after further discussion, I have received a reversal of opinion regarding what WNT would cover on the graphics and they are standing by their product
                        This is what I was responding to, not just throwing around words. Fur Elite was having a problem at the time..it has been settled.

                          Try carmax. That's what I did. Get a used one. My truck payment is only a few dollars over what my car payment was.
