I purchased a New Groomobile from a private owner. There are some switches that I don't know how to operate and the manufacturer won't give me the manual because I didn't buy it from them. Does anyone have an answer to how I can get the manual or at least some answers as to how these features in the van work? Even ideas on how to locate owners of the same type of Groomobile would help!

that's very rude, perhaps they could have sold it to you.
I can say that even though I was the 2nd owner of my vehicle, Wagntails was very generous about a few questions I had. I do have the manual for my van, but it's kind of vague in some areas. When I called Wagntails they updated the owner information and everything. Then they walked me through a problem. They must have spent 15 minutes on the phone with me.

I have an Ultimate-how can I help you? There are several banks of switches. The 5 gang switch on the left of the tub next to the dryer box: top, vacuum cleaner; 2nd (1st black booted switch) HV dryer on dedicated plug in the back; 3rd (2nd black booted switch) extra heat dryer for box dryer, also a dedicated switch; 4th switch, 12 volt fan in dryer box, blows ambient air; 5th, heated air-blows across a heater core in the back of the dryer and also operates a 12 volt water pump to pull water from the front off of the engine block and it can also be used to help heat the water by circulating coolant through the fresh water tank. Directly behind the table: black booted switch operates a "fluff" dryer-mine was a hand held human hair dryer but I took it out. Does your van have a vacuum clipper system switch? If so that switch on the right of the plug-in over the driver's head operates the vac system and the clipper. Plug the clipper into it and leave both the vac system and clipper on. Turn on this switch whenever you want to use the vac system. The plug-in on the left over the driver's head is for the "fluff" dryer and that plug is the one closest to you or on the bottom/back of the plug. The plug behind the table is a free plug and I plug in my non-vacuum clipper system clipper there along with my dremel battery charger. The black booted switches won't operate more than one at a time. If you have one on and turn the others on, nothing will happen; also if they are not totally in the "off" position nothing will happen. If you have one of the black booted switches on the AC unit will shut down. This is to save the genset. The AC unit in the back has a switch that is for Winter or Summer setting when using the genset but I have no idea how it works. It is supposed to keep your genset from carboning up. How it works I have no idea...Doug? If you need more help please feel free to check my profile and email me. Good luck!!!!!

That's not does not sound like a very good thing if they are not willing to send you a manual or let you buy one. What kind of thing is that.Thats what I love about Wagntails they've always been so helpful even before I purchased my van and had mobile questions.
