Has any one ever listed their mobile with one to appraise and sell the biz? My soon to be ex wants the biz sold and her attorney wants a Forensic Accountant to evaluate the value. My attorney said that could cost as much as 10k! Seems like an experienced business broker could evaluate and sell it. Thanks

Is it your sole form of income.....do you have kids? Seems silly she would want to take away your income if you will pay child support ot maintainence. Are you demanding she quit her job?? Sounds like you need a new attorney. The "value" is the van, the rest is "goodwill" or "sales leads" value.... $1 each clinet name.

Think much it will cost trying to sell it threw a broker, and there's no guarantee that it will sell and for the price you want, did your wife put any money into your business,if so pay her off, and get it done and over with.
