  • Pictures of my new (to me) Van!!

I've been posting a lot lately trying to get all the answers I need in preparation for my leap into mobile grooming...questions about everything from tubs to tables to inverters. Everyone has been so helpful and nice, I really appreciate all the help!! I just thought I'd share some pictures of my van...she's old (1977!) but my mechanic gave her a clean bill of health, and the paint job is really nice and ready for my graphics...I'm so excited! I've tried to attach several pictures, we'll see if it works...I'm going to be taking that tub out (it is a double sided utility sink with the divider removed) and my hubby is going to help me build a bigger tub from the high density poly stuff (the same stuff the polypettubs.com tubs are made from). We still have to put in water tanks and a pump, and I am getting one of the hydraulic lift cart tables as my grooming table : ) I'm planning on doing the floor in some linoleum tile that looks like hardwood floor, and painting the ceiling something pretty to bring some color in...what do you think?

Very nice. Can't wait to see it when you have it all finished.

Very nice. It looks like you've got a lot of room to move around in there.

        Good Luck!!

It looks nice and clean inside and out and it is hard to find a nice step van at a decent price. I love the size of those trucks for mobile

          Congratulations and good luck

I think your truck is super cute!

I personally would not do linolem floors. Your floors are going to take a beating and get alot of water and moisture so I don't think that will last....I have the rhino flooring in my trailer and I just open the back and hose it out, it's the best. JMO

                  Wow,
I came to ask if anyone has converted a step van into grooming and here it is! I guess I will be asking you questions now.
Our car got totaled in accident during snow storm and we decided not to get into any more debt. We are going to look at one toady and have plans to use it to get around town and convert into grooming/camping van.
                  Yours looks very nice!
