The weathermen LIED!

We were supposed to get 2-5 inches of snow. Right now there is about 8-10 right now and it's STILL falling steadily. I guess I will be cancelling for tonight. the van is completely snowed in and my back is aching from digging my mini van out. Have to wait for hubby to come help. Since it's between two houses, my driveway that is, the roof of each house dumps the snow right on the van which then usually ends up on each side of the van meaning the snow is about 3 feet high on each side. I HATE SNOW!

That sucks. My weather people lied too. They said today was suppose to be a tad warmer & we'd be getting warmer the rest of the week. Well today was actually even colder, breaking records. So I'm dealing with frozen pipes in the van. I was already stressing out last night as our hotwater heater in the house went out, so hubby had to replace that last night.

Are we having fun yet?

I'm so glad I'm in KY now. This time next year I may be living in Boston, and I'm really not looking forward to the winters there! Today it is sunny and pretty but very, very windy. I had a couple really tiny dogs to groom today and I think they blew away on their way out. I was looking for yorkies in the trees as I drove home.

My weatherman lied the other way, lol. We were supposed to wake up to ICE, ICE, ICE. Instead woke up to rain, and by 11 AM it's above 50 degrees!!

Yea, our weatherman lied too. We were supposed to get some cold weather with possible snow. It is freaking 75 here! Where is my snow!?

Its only 3 degrees here. With the wind chill its -11. I would take 75 degrees in a heart beat!! :-))

Where I am we got about a foot and a half of snow and it's still falling. I can't even see my car it's totally covered.

Too bad you cant make a carport right in the middle and park at the edge so you don't have to shovle too much in front of the van.

Not too bad here today a few inches of snow and then switched to rain but a slushy mess and then we got caught in a freak rain, lighting and thunder storm on our after dinner walk (BRRR!!) didn't see that one coming.

I had a foot a snow this morning, had to reschedule mine also. Still snowing hard, they said another 6 to 8 inches tonight. What a pain in the a--!

I moved my early first appt yesterday due to the ice coming......and it didn't....oh well, got to sleep in!

my son woke me at 3 am to tell me it was snowing...what a 4 y/o is doing awake at that time still puzzles me.......by 8 am it was gone and replaces with a sunami....oh the flooding
