  • Pros and Cons of a Trailer

I absolutely love, love, love my trailer. It's so roomy and I love the set up, but I'm beginning to think that I'd sure wouldn't mind trading it in for an Wag N' Tails Elite. I don't want a bathroom (will NOT change a black tank! Blech!!) but I'm sure puttin' alot of wear and tear on my F250 Pickup. I would go for an Elite cause I'm already used to lots of room and most of my clientele have big dogs. I also like the fact that the table is smack in the middle like my trailer. The only thing that stopping me is the price tag! Yeouch!! If I could find a nice used one, I might consider selling my trailer to get one. Any Elite owners out there? How do you like your rig? Have you had anything else besides an Elite? What's the diff?

Other than the trailer being a little hard to park sometimes.... I love mine. Plenty of room for 2 people and a bathroom..... And Mamabear we have a #1 only rule so emptying the tank is no big deal! I am curious what others have to say about their mobile units as well. I have thought about swithcing to a van or a larger unit too, but I really love my trailer!

I am the opposite. I am thinking about switching from a van to a little bigger trailer, or get a trailer as an extra just in case the van is down. If something happens to the truck that pulls the trailer, I can rent another truck. If a van or a bus has a problem, I could be out for a while. I started to like the 2 seperate units (meaning a truck and a trailer) than just one whole unit. Besides, a trailer is a lot less expensive than a big bus.

I love my elite...love,love,love it. I considered a trailer but didn't have a tow vehicle so i went with the elite...I found the vans too small.

This is one of the reasons I have a trailer...and it's happened. Off to the truck rental and you're back on the road. If I was going to change anything, I would ADD a van for those hard to get to clients or just to have incase you want to expand.

That would be nice... add a van for those clients where a trailer would not work.... That's the only time I would use it. I love my trailer
