          Yes, always hands on and let them know where I am. Another thing I do is to VERY GENTLY let them know where the edge of my table is, and that there is an edge. Seems to give them a bit more confidence.
          Old groomers never die, they just go at a slower clip.

          Groom on!!!

            Nice post Daryl. We do several and schedule them on quieter days and my best people handle them like you say. These make for very loyal clients too.
