EXCELLENT post Ellen! We could all learn to do this and get healthier, skinnier and richer!

Even those of us in the shop environments need this type of advice. It is wya too easy to order a pizza or send someone to the drivethrus that are all around us!

I am on a roll myself by keeping the frig and freezer stocked at work with sandwich makings, salads, and a variety of frozen meals (usually Healthy Steamers or the like).

    Keep up the good work!

See...that's why you write these things and not me.
After this week....and being trapped in the house w/ my refrigerator, I would have titled it "Eat Really Happy, Groom Right". Super good thing my grooming chair has wheels on it. Gawd forbid I would actually have to stand and move around a little next week.
That reminds me....I better check it for a weight limit tomorrow...... I may have to upgrade.

Great job Ellen! I'm going to be a bit more diligent about my blizzard eating habits as soon as I finish this bag of Bugles.
