    I provide a handwritten report for every visit, even if everything looks ok. I use the form I got from grooming business in a box on the flash drive. I customized it with my logo and if I see something bad I sign a vet check recommendation.

        Sure I note it in my profile page for every customer with date, and check off that I informed the customer too.

          We use a report form too and people love it. I tell them to show it to the vet if it's warranted.

            It is so important to report in writing. It's such a great move to bond your clientele. We have even gotten calls from vets thanking us for professionally referring.
