    I was enjoying an exciting video about a groomer in my area. He did a great job shaving a cat I can only describe as big and scary. I read a smart comment under the video, (yes, smart comments exist), and realized I'd missed two problems. He risked injuring the cat by using a neck loop, instead of a loop around both leg and neck, and he risked a tail-pull injury. He repeatedly used the tail to hang on to the cat when the cat made desperate efforts to escape. I honestly think the groomer was very scared, though trying to look calm, so this is not to beat up on him.

              Yikes! Grabbing a panicking cat by the tail is also a good way to earn a trip to urgent care!
