guinea pig anyone???

your comment left me Laughing out loud,I can just see the set up in my mind- Hello,yes ma'am we are a grooming service....you have a what that needs grooming....well yeah I guess we can give him a blueberry facial...what? he is matted,well I guess we can use a flea comb on him to get the mats out...no maybe not clippers that might take an ear off,so I guess we will crank out the ol scissors...what style did you say? no ma'am I don't think a puppy trim would be appropriate on a guinea pig !! LOL forgive me

Actually the hardest part is using the HV dryer on them.

LOL, no I usually crate dry them or wrap them in a towel until they are dry. I actually like guinea pigs, they don't bite, or yap in the crates, but you'd have to do a million to be able to make a living.

I keep waiting for someone to post that they've gotten the new andis excell. I actually like the square andis better than the round and this one looks like it'd be great for someon like me with very small hands. Has anyone gotten one yet?? Do I have to be the guinea pig?

That's what I'm hoping for. Seems like I've seen it listed with different weights so I wasn't sure if it was light weight. Petedge has it listed at 1.5 pounds but I think I've seen it listed elsewhere as being right at a pound. It looks like the part that you hold on to is a little smaller. Is that an illusion or is it really like that? I wonder if I could change out the cord for a better one????????????

I have one. I like it. I like the different speeds, its quiet, its VERY light. The only problem I have is the cord. The cord is heavy and in the way. It twists up easy and if its twisted to bad, it will pull the clipper right off the table if you set them down for a sec. I wish the cord was lighter cause the clipper has no weight to it. It has been a blessing to my hands. My hands dont hurt as bad at the end of the day like they used to.
