I'm looking for a good shampoo for those curly coated poodles and bichons. Which do you all prefer? I like the Alpha white and Midnight white shampoos too. Do you have a prefernce when using a whitener and another shampoo for these guys? Heck, for that matter, do you have a preference for whitening other than these two? I'm looking roughly $30-40/gallon.

My favorites
BioGroom Super White - does not soften, low sudsing, easy rinsing, AND is tearless!! I do not use it at the 4:1 dilution, I use 5 or 6 to 1 unless the dog is quite oily or dirty. I just still love this shampoo. Has a light fragrance that for some reason is stronger on some dogs than others, but is very pleasant. This is still my "all around" shampoo most of the time for any color of dog. (Although I am a bit of a shampoo junkie, so I have a lot to choose from!)
Isle of Dog Stand - fantastic crisping shampoo that smells lovely (stronger smell than the BG Super White). I use a stronger dilution than what is recommended. This shampoo may have a quickdry product in it, because it does seem to dry faster. It is not tearless, but it is very impressive.
Alpha White - I use it, it seems to brighten reasonably well, does not soften, I don't like the fragrance much but at least it is not very strong, and it is not tearless.
