Facial wipes for beard

Any suggestions for a facial wipe to help keep beard clean between shampoos? Thanking you in advance.

I have a lot of customers have success using just baby wipes. Doesn't have any whitening agents of course but it will help keep it clean, if it is safe for a baby, it is USUALLY safe for a dog. I always suggest that they look at the ingredients (some wipes contain oils) and obviously avoid the eyes and mouth.
