What is the best software to keep all your clients information in?

I've heard Microsoft Outlook, Pet123, and there are a few others that I can't think of right now. It really depends on what you want it to do.

We have been usiong 123pet for the last 2 years and I love it.

I'm using 123PET as well, and am overwhelmed. There's so much to it, that I'm probably only using 1/8 of it's capabilities. I'll be happier when it comes second nature.

I feel the same way, there is SO much to it, it's great. Just trying to figure it all out. I put it into play last week. I got a new pc for the front to use it with. I wish I could get it to sinc with my pda though, for some reason it won't.
