I have 2 drop off times (2 & 6) for my clients and work in 3 hour blocks. I'm trying to find an online appt. scheduler (preferably free) that will allow clients to book the services they want, the scheduler to calculate the time required for that client and then whether there is anymore time in that 3 hour block of time to allow another client to schedule an appointment. Example small bath + de-shed = 1 hr + 1 hr, therefore I still have room for one more client so long as the service they select is only 1 hr. My services range from .5 hr, 1 hr. 1.5 hr, and 2 hrs. Does anyone know of a scheduler that will handle block scheduling with multiple clients and services? Am I asking for too much? It seems to defeat the purpose of having online scheduling if the client can't select all the services they want and the system can't calculate the time required. I want automation darn-it!
