    I purchased a futon from a Japanese company, via Amazon. Great product, well-packaged. This is the email they sent requesting feedback.

    I have a feeling the last sentence may be the result of a Japanese person using a bad translation guide, ha ha, unless they have a teenager writing the emails.

    "Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with this transaction. If for any reason this is not the case, we would appreciate it if you would give us a chance to address your concerns, before leaving feedback, by replying directly to this email.

    Explaining the feedback system and standards of Amazon.

    If you thought your experience with us was great, please rate 5 star.
    If you thought your experience was normal, then please rate 4 star.
    If you did not like our services, please rate a 3 star.
    If you are pissed off at our service, you can rate us 2 or 1 star."
