    My new girl overbooked us next Fri and Sat like 5 a day!!! LOL, what else can I say. Honest mistake. I can call the customers and work them in and come in early. My fault I guess.

    Nope! Have HER call everyone, admit her new status, her mistakes & re-book their appointments. Unless you feel that you didn't explain scheduling clearly it is her responsibility to fix it. Or at least help her call & reschedule appointments .

      We stayed late a few times when this happened. A few rescheduled, very few. Our mistake so we pay the price and don't mind too much.

        One nice thing about having some staff is that they can pitch in when things like this happen. I like your attitude, just get it done and move on. We have had that happen when someone new was booked for 1 dog and they walk in with 3 or 4 and said they told us to book them all.
