UGH. I need blade cleaner, but not really anything else. Is there any where to get it that does not charge for not buying $XX amount of dollars?

Ryans Pet Supplies has blade cleaner and they don't have a minimum order amount.

The sally's near where I used to live didn't have the H42, is it under a different name? Maybe one where I live now will have it...if not.. I guess the blade guyz will be getting my business some more!

If Sally's doesn't have H42, ask for it. If they get enough requests, maybe they'll start carrying it.

Sally's doesn't carry H-42 anymore since Wahl stopped distributing it to them. You'll have to get it from Ryan's or the Blade Guyz.
They do however have Oster Blade Wash, and so does any Petco or PetSmart in the area.
Please do not get "Barbacide". Its also blue but it tends to not work properly and is a complete waste of money.
There is a video on the Blade Guyz website that will show you how to properly clean a blade using a blade wash. It may help watching it because it goes into the oiling process which is very important.

I just came from Sally's and they gave me a strange look when I asked for it. They had no clue. They don't have anything but the aerosals. I have watched the video, but will watch it again. I just bought a pair of shears and they already have rust spots on them. So should I not use barbeside for my shears either?

I live in the sticks, near a TSC. I love my TSC, I have gotten blade wash there before. I have horses also....so I am always at TSC!

My boss got the pink dip'n clip stuff and I swear it gummed up the blades we used with it. The petsomething I worked at used the oster kerosene wash stuff. That's what I went back to.
