A Real Great Buy!!

I went to our Linen Service Co. today to see if I can get some towels. I got 40lbs for $.50 a pound!!! There is about 170 towels plus 25 for just rags!! It's the best $20.00 I ever spent!!

The towels stacked on the left are the ones that have more stains on them, the rest have very little to none on them. No holes or any that I can't use.
I will use the stained ones for clean up rags.
Hey, most linen cleaning service will sell towels for $.50 a pound. Call your local hospital or Hotel and find out who they use to clean their towels and if you can buy some.
He said they throw away tons of towels that the hospitals don't want back.

Why couldn't you have found this deal several days ago??? I just went out to a couple of stores and bought towels for $1.75-2. Oh well. Being mobile, I couldn't handle that many anyway and there's no room in my parent's house for my excess grooming stuff.

wow! that is a great deal.....i have a customer on Sanibel that runs a company that takes care of all the high end resorts there. she has 4 yorkies and a wheaton. whenever she comes in she brings me a big bag of towels. she's like Santa with her Christmas sack. and the towels always look better then the towels i have in my own house!

I can beat that......I put a sign up twice a year saying "we accept unwanted towels"....people bring them in by the bag full!!!!!!!!!! FREE!!!!!!
