HELP with scheduling:-)

Okay, I need help (more than just a psycho ward).

I am having an employee who tries to steal dogs (do more than their share and sacrifice quality). Someone had mentioned having time slots or values for each dog groom. Would someone PLEASE send me their copy?

It works great, because then you know if you're getting over-booked or not. If a Great Pyrenese is coming in and he gets groomed every 4 weeks, he's likely 1-2 slots, but if he's not been groomed in 6 months or more, you might want to enter it as 3 slots. It really helps with the booking issues.

I was signing on tonight to post the EXACT same thing! Well, not an employee overbooking, but me overbooking and not being able to eat lunch and getting way too stressed.

I think my biggest problem is I underestimate the time each dog/breed takes because I think I can get it done so much faster.

Tammy how many slots do you have for a std that gets done every 4-6 wks with a good amount of coat (C comb body, sciss legs)?

Well, a "slot" to me is about an hour, to an hour and 15 minutes total. So for me that dog would be about 2 slots. The Stazko system also has "half" slots so that is helpful. I don't have half slots on my system so I sort of do it in my head, lol.
