Based on what I have on hand, it would be first come, first served. Any orders after that would take 4-6 weeks after payment is received. The price would be $24.95 (tax, shipping & postage is included in that price). In addition, a bookmark, reviews (from mainstream & industry) and an autographed copy signed by me.
