I don't have one yet, but we just got the iMac computer from the Apple store and spent a lot of time looking at and discussing the iPhone with the sales guy that worked with us. I am definitely getting one as soon as my Verizon contract is up in a few months (maybe sooner if I decide to pay the pay the penalty). YES, it does seem to be worth the money, especially for the small business owner. I can't go into all the great things about it, but I'd suggest that you visit the Apple store if you're near one, or research online. It has so many helpful tools...but especially if you have the iMac computer so that you can get the two working together, transferring info back and forth (schedules, client names, addresses, etc...the list goes on and on). The really cool feature is the little device you can get for your iPhone that can scan credit cards and take payments from customers, it then shoots off a receipt to the clients email address....(oh, I could go on and on)...go check them out!!

I have one and it has saved my behind a few times. When my GPS acts up, it has an app to find directions. When my computer crashed and I was unable to look at my online appointment booking, I was able to get by using the internet through the phone. Our fleet of mobiles uses an app to process our credit cards on the spot and instantly. Definately love iand have been spoiled by it!!

I'm looking into something like this for credit cards. But what if the client doesn't have email? How do you get them a receipt?
