  • Sheltie Breeder

Can anyone point me in the direction of a reputable Sheltie breeder?

I'm looking for an agility partner, and I'd like to also compete in conformation.

I am totally open to rescue as well. (My two dogs are rescues, but I'm looking for a competition partner this time so I want a dog that has been bred for it.)

Here's a link to one of my favorite Sheltie breeders, http://www.belmarkshelties.com . She has two boys right now, one of show and one for a pet/performance home.

This breeder Tammy is cutting down on her breeding. Getting on a waiting list for her puppies is a requirement, but that is because her dogs are amazing. She raises her dogs with a holistic approach. No chemicals or vaccinations. Her dogs excel in conformation, herding, and agility. Her puppies are the most socialized, well-adjusted I have ever seen. She breeds for Bi's and blue merles (sp). If I were to ever get a sheltie, I would buy from her and know the puppy would be worth the wait. Good Luck in your puppy search.
