  • Atlanta bound and Huber needs a Westi

This request comes from Barbara Bird,

YIKES! I just now learned that the Westie that had been arranged for Huber Pineda to use as a demo this Thursday at Atlanta will not be available. If anyone has any contacts for obtaining a quality Westie for a demo dog, please let me know. Chris Christensen, and not to mention the one and only Huber, would be eternally grateful.

    Dear Groomers,

Huber is a great friend and if any of you have a Westi you can bring for him on Thursday please get in touch with me of BBird. I am sure Chris Christensen would be able to arrange suitable accomodations.

    Thank You,

    Chuck

    A handstripped westie or a pet-clipped westie?
Bulldogs are adorable, with faces like toads that have been sat on.

      Dear Bulldogmom,

I do not know but if he is doing a demonstration for Chris Christensen I would think it would be on hand stripping but again I don't know. See if you can get in touch with Barbara Bird it was her request for Huber I was forwarding. I will try and find out.

His class says it is how to get a show style on a pet dog. The dog in the photo looks clippered with a long back. I wish them luck as I know how hard it is to find dogs to use. It is too bad I have already groomed Toto. He is a mutt but looks more like a westie than any westie I groom! LOL But alas I groomed him last week. NOW I just have to find a sitter for him while I am in APF cause my daughter said NO WAY> hes too demanding!
