  • I love doodles.

I hear other people complain about doodles, but i am soooo lucky i have a ton of em and i love em. I am even a sucker for brushing out the completly matted kennel raised ones. heres some pics of two i did today. Amber and Punkin. because of the little ones condition she ended up looking like a beautiful poodle! lol.

Ok I like doodles too in fact I like the looks of a doodle most of them at least, and I love the standard poodle ( I also own one) however it drives me crazy when people by a doodle because they did not want a poodle and make it look like a poodle ....arggh

well my client that has a ton of them has been informing me there are diff type of the golden doodle such as a fmb1?? i think she said which is 75 percent poo. sooo she has some that are like the big one in the pic with the shaggy hair and some are smaller with the more poo-ish type hair. i will say i like the shaggy hair better.

Dogs look good, just a hint next time clean the tub before you take pics to post, clients lurk here. The dogs look realy do look happy, most of my doodles have wishy washy owners, makes the dog confused.

I think that whoever bathed the black dog before the doodle in the first picture should have washed out the tub. I wouldn't shower in that, and I wouldn't want my dog to either.

                            Dog's coat and temperament ok

I still am waiting for ...when... is the goldendoodle down the street going to get groomed?
Sometimes, some of us, just, hear what we want to hear and see what we want to see.
Six weeks ago, my husband asked me, "What is going on with ??????????"
I had groomed this dog for the first year. I released myself from a relationship of ..."I know. I know." ...interjected in between each sentence about how to use the metal comb and the proper slicker.
The sad thing is ...He has been treated well for his grooming as a puppy. He was learning how to be a good boy on the table for me. He is in such a conditon now that it could change his attitude about grooming forever if not dealt with with patience and skill.

BEAUTIFUL doodles! You did a terrrific job with them! I have to say, it's not the doodles that bother me so much as the owners who think they can go so long between groomings and still have long shaggy coats (the dogs, not the owners lol!) Right now I have a flock of doodles that come in and all the owners are at the point that they understand how often they need to come in to be maintained. I like doodles a lot!
