One of clients daughter found this little poo during the Christmas eve blizzard, no chip,no one looking for him, they decided even if the owner shows up they don't deserve him. 2 trips to the vet and now groomed no fleas, he was sooo good, thrilled when the guy came for him, roughed him in with a skip 5, able to finish with a 4f, hope I didn't shrink the pics to much again.

Funny, I thought the exact same thing. Just the look in his eyes....

Poor little guy, he may have had a really rough life.

Thats what I thought at first, left leash on and he just came to me all happy, on pick up he ran back and forth between us, wrigling his body. Thrilled he has a home thatis solid, not sure I will trust him for a while. He is only about 9 mths, and 3 trips to the vet, then me he may tun around. Never offered a fang or flinch. That bothers me when a dog never reacts one way or the other, then is just overjoyed. Poor little fellow, thrown out in the worst weather .

Poor lil feller. I don't think his left eye works.

So glad the little fella has a good home! In my experience most toy poodles who have had a rough start, they do tend to be fearful, and shaky, but internalize that stress instead of biting. The only one I have that bites, was brutally manhandled by small kids, and she hasn't even tried to bite me for years now.

I don't think they have to worry about the old owner claiming him. They probably wouldn't recognize him now.
