We decided that we have too much on our plates to make room in our lives for the sweet girl. We kept in touch with the shelter and she has been transferred to a no kill rescue that will get her the training she needs and in to a foster home. I hope she finds a family to love her. I knew she was going to make it when I checked the city's website and saw they had given her a name- they named her Maggie. I wish we could have saved her, but for everything we have going on, this was the wrong time to add a new element to our "family".
