I just wanted to share that my Dad's last round of bloodwork showed positive results! The percentage of cancer cells in his blood was reduced by the first round of treatment and he will have a second round in three weeks after he recovers from a back surgery to stabilize the broken vertebrae. We were not even sure he would be able to have the surgery, so that is another round of awesome news.
And to update about my sister and her kids, we are planning a family reunion the week after Easter. She and her family will fly up to Oregon to see everyone. They will stay in a hotel to keep the noise down a bit at the house. I have not been able to afford to go see her in three years, so it will be good to go too.
And my year is starting off profitable, so it is a good new year so far!
