Hehe, sounds good to me! I feel like I've worked pretty hard this year, and even though there is so much more to come, I feel as though I've got my foot far enough in the door to "stand up and be counted". Which midnight shall we toast to the Year of the Groomer? I'll do them all if I have to!

HEY! If you want to print something up Odette, I will send it along to EVERYONE I know, and put it on my blog, in our newsletters, etc--really get the word out, because I think this is a FABULOUS idea! What do you think? This could be fun and a great collaborative effort opportunity for all of us to make such a declaration!Human kindness has never weakened the stamina or softened the fiber of a free people. Hear Hear!
Year of the groomer sounds fabulous!
Here is to a prosperous new year- Dryers that don't break, generators that don't die, exhaust systems that don't try to kill the operator and most of all- to clients that are understanding and place the love you have for their pet above any silly preconceived notions of what they THINK should be done with their dog.
I also wish everyone a safer, happier, healthier 2010. I for one am on the road to recovery, and I hope the same for everyone else.
Thank you all for the support you have given, the lessons I have learned, the tips I have gained, and most of all, for being a place where I can read other people's aggravations and know I am not alone!

Alright,,unless someone else wants to do this.....!!!!
I will try to write something up! I wish we would've thought of this in time to contact Barkleigh and I could've seen about something going onto the January Calendar of Events--shoot! Ohwell.
K--I will get to it on an announcement. ANYONE who wants their thoughts added can email of PM me as I am SURE that I'm going to need everyone's input for the upcoming year's wishes for each other! I will see about either harranging someone for a logo or doing something meeself! What are some ideas for that, too?
Officially---it will begin January 1st--so the toasts should be done on Dec. 31st, right???!!! Whatcha' think?
**And I vote that we should have a "Groomer's Golden Millenium Party" this year, too---On October 10th, at 10:10:10PM (that's 10-10-10-10-10-10)!! We should all call, text and visit each other where ever we can, and have a toast together!**Human kindness has never weakened the stamina or softened the fiber of a free people. Ok--I have a really neat logo almost done---I would like for others to send their logo ideas and any artwork that they have so we can all vote on one and choose--but we need to do it quick as January FIRST is so close! Keep those wishes for 2010 groomers and ideas coming!Human kindness has never weakened the stamina or softened the fiber of a free people. A nation does not have to be cruel to be tough. ~Franklin D.
