Has anyone stopped getting petedge and ryans pet catalogs?

I've sent numerous requests and still no catalogs. Its so strange since they used to send one about every month. I've even called and have spoke to customer service. Is it because I only order online and by phone? I like to look stuff up in the catalog and then just type in the item number online since its so much easier than finding it on the website.

My daughter ordered some stuff from each company so we got new catalogs with the ordered stuff but nothing outside of that.

I always order online and still get catalogs. I don't really have an answer for ya there.

I just got 3 Catalogs...one normal and 2 different dealer services ones on Thursday.

Yeah, I haven't gotten either one for a while-AND-I have put in orders for both in the last 3 months...I even told Petedge to put me back on their mailing list (have tried a few times online), and still no new catalog...I dunno. I suppose they are spendy, but STILL!

I have never ordered on line

just in person or by phone. I get them all the time and toss many out. I have a P.O> BOx and I get both every month. So it isn't an on line thing.

I get way too many each month I get 3 at the shop that are usually different ones with the same stuff like groomers best and something else and then I get two at home. I tried canceling some of them but they keep coming!

I'm still getting them, all the time. I wish I didn't. They have a good website, much easier to use than the competitions and most things I'm looking for aren't in the catalog. It's wasteful anyway. Ha, you can have mine!

I've stopped receiving them, too. It's kinda nice but I do want to buy things from there every once in awhile, and can't use the Quick Order feature on the PetEdge website because of it. Grrr frustrating!

To be honest, there are items online that are not in the catalog BUT there are also things in the catalog that are not online. I places an order months ago, and I normally buy online but a friend wanted to order a few items so she emailed me want she wanted from her catalog. I tried searching by name and no results came up. I called her and told her I couldn't find them. She gave me the item numbers so I searched the item numbers and BAMM there they were. So when I order I use both and if I can't find the item online I reference the catalog number.
