I think that was done with LED lights, so it's a heckuva lot cheaper than regular Christmas lights.

Odette, I'd like to sympathize with you but I have my own living he** going on outside my window right now. At least all my dogs are close to home today. I'd rather be shaving two pelted schnauzers in a nice toasty shop then have to deal with the lousy weather.

I watched a show on TLC last nite called Invasion of the Christmas Lights, where they showed people across the country who do those elaborate light displays. One man had over 50K invested in his setup! He also spent another 20K having an electrician install power outlets IN HIS LAWN, 50 of 'em, so he wouldn't have to string cords everywhere (other peeps on the show said they averaged between 5 & 6 MILES of cord. He started in mid-July and spent 5 hours a day 7 days a week setting it up - and barely made it by December! Another guy ended up with 2 years probation and a fine after battling the neighbors in court. Still another guy would go with only 3 hours of sleep a day for 6 weeks, losing 15 lbs in one month because he didnt even stop to eat! Now, honestly, folks....when does something cross the line from "fun hobby" to "obsession"? And, I have to wonder if he didnt get a fruit basket for Christmas from his local power company....

Methinks some folks have waaay too much time on their hands, but Im not one of them, so im glad someone can provide me with mindless entertainment via the web.

Taking a few minutes out from building my Ark (we had 2.5 inches of cold rain last night) to give you something else to look at.

I can't post links...but (if you haven't seen it already) go to YouTube and do a search for "Belgium Train Station", I can almost guarantee you'll watch it more than once. It's 4.06 minutes long...so that's 8.12 minutes less you'll have to fight the boredom.

It took 200 dancers, and only 2 rehearsals.....and it's coooooool!
