what am I doing wrong?

I want to order a couple of the DVD's but don't see a comment box for entering the free DVD selection. Both DVD's are coming up at full price so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

The comment box is on the last page when you submit your order. You only order the one you are paying for then list the free one in the comment box. At least that's what I did. I ordered 22 in total.
