Some days it's good to have No Shows

I had a couple this morning and it actually gave me time to groom my own dog Toby!
If we didn't have a No Show once in a while when would we ever find time to groom our own dogs??!!! Especially now that I have soooooo many dogs there just isn't time to do them UNLESS I have a no show.

Thats what happened to me last week. I had one cancel and one no show and got my own dog done, he was sooo overdue. Unfortunately he seems to get done last.

I know what you mean. Mine is always the last to get groomed. I almost never want to take her for a walk around the neighborhood. Funny thing is eveyone always says "what a beautifully groomed dog.

Spike gets a bath once a week, but groomed? Maybe once every 8-10 weeks, and that's only because his papa always says, "He looks like a warewolf (sp?). I can't remember how to spell that word tonight. Anyway, he's a 4.5 lb. warewolf.

Boy, do I know what you mean! I groom 5 days a week, and then on the week-end, my cockers get groomed. Sometimes I wish they were short haired guys! Keep thinking maybe I should just cut them down, but when they get all done and look sooo pretty, I just can't do it. Tomorrow, I will have a 'no-show' that I penciled in after she 'no-showed' 2 weeks ago. Still hasn't called to re-book ( her elderly mother was in last week with her dog, and said she would have her call me. A close friend had passed away, and I understand that). So tomorrow, I get to spend some time outside doing some spring yard work-it's supposed to be around 70 degrees! Can't wait!

Mine hasn't had a haircut since umm.. November, but she's a Puli so right now she's looks like a wookie. I'm hoping if all goes well maybe she'll get one on Tuesday.

WooHoo! I had no shows on Tuesday. Thank heaven because my chow chow and kuvasz were looking like orphans! I left work and came home to get them.
