I recently saw an ad in Groomer to Groomer (I think) for the Spa Lavish products. One product "Fresh Facial Scrub" says it "removes 85% of tear stains." ??? So I emailed the company to see if I could get a sample. They said they don't have samples. A 6 oz bottle is $4.99. Has anyone tried this? A "facial scrub" for dogs just intrigued me.

the shampoos and conditioners all smell DELICIOUS and i really love the way the conditioner worked on my poodle! i used the paw treatment on her as well & she enjoyed the extra attention if anything!

I am switching over to this line on March 1st. I LOVE the smell of all the products and I do think they work well. As far as the tear stains go, I'm not so sure it removes 85% right away. I think it does help though. It leaves a nice refreshing scent.

I use this spa lavish for a quick replacement of our original Blueberry facial, beside smelling wonderful and the dogs seem to like the smell too, I notice nothing diffferent in the face brightness or otherwise ...now my other blueberry facial company it take them forever to ship...usually a couple of weeks at the least, now this stuff you can see a difference it has made, our facial is one of the most popular spa treatment in the shop!!

We use this facial as well as another blueberry facial line. I like the Spa Lavish by tropiclean becuase you don't have the possibility of staining. My other line can stain white dogs. There is also a thrid company, that uses blue coloring and blueberry scent but NO blueberries.
The true reason for a blueberry facial is:
Staining is cause by oxidization and blueberries are a natural souce of anti-oxidants.
Whether using Spa Lavish , tear less or anything else you should STILL use eye protectant. A dogs cornea is very sensitive and what doesn't bother one dog can bother another, it isn't worth the chance.

I just got the sample pack for $39.00 and it is a lot of stuff for the price. It all smells wonderful! I can't wait to use it. I will let you know what I think. Based on the smell alone, I would switch my whole line over to this. Let's see if it cleans well. What does a dog do on it's day off?
