Spring is almost here. I gave my lab a bath today and she is blowing her coat. I also saw a bunch of Robins. Hurry spring! Oh yeah, and I left my trailer door open and windows too to groom. It was so nice here today. Almost 50 like a heat wave.

Thank goodness.
Its warm here too and thats a good thing because I dont drive. This is my first year living somewhere that gets snow, and nobody taught me how to walk in it. Ive fallen on my butt too many times.
Just last week during the storm thing I got 3/4 way up the hill that leads to the walking trail and I started sliding backwards. I grabbed the tree and I thought I was in the clear, but my son started falling off the hill and grabbed me! We both ended up rolling down the hill. I hate snow.

Robins shmobins. We've had robins for weeks. Today I noticed there are daffodils blooming in the cemetary across the street. My tulips are up about 4 inches. And the frogs are up and croaking at night.
Aaah, spring is in the air.

I'm SOOO tired of winter I could spit, but of course it would freeze LOL. It was in the 20's today, wind, snow, rain, hail, YUCK YUCK YUCK!!!! Might reach low 30's tomarrow. We have had a couple nice days the last couple of weeks just to tease us. My bones long for warmth!!!!
Helly, you better watch those tulips, oh how the deer LOVE those nice new buds. LOL.
Stay warm all and for those of you who are WARM send some warmth to Colorado!

I wish winter would last a little longer. I love cold weather! Well, actually I do like spring too, but more early spring when it's still chilly. I HATE hot weather. I have been hearing birds though for a week or two. They are outside my window and keeping me up in the morning :PScratch a dog and you'll find a permanent job. ~Franklin P. Jones

SioI grew up in So. Calif, now I live in Utah, lots of snow. I wasn't taught to drive in the snow or walk in it either, but I haven't fallen down (knock on wood) I don't hate the snow, if I'm in the house!!!
Today my propane ran out (actually yesterday) and I forgot to get it filled. It was 19 outside, my garage wasn't that cold, about 40. I got all the space heaters (2) from inside the house and turned on the clothes dryer (that's how I use to do it). MY garage was ok (maybe 50) but not as nice as I would have liked it to be. Getting more propane tonight for tomorrow, don't want another cold (coo) garage. Dogs didn't really seem to mind it, their owners came right away to pick up, no body stayed all day (wonder why, maybe I shouldn't keep the garage warm lol)"There is no psychiatrist in the world like a puppy licking your face."

Yesterday I was at a house grooming two chows. It was 46. I kept looking out the window at this hill. I thought it was raining and the sun was shining on it. An hour later my son looked out and said mom look that hill is covered in snow..lol..Im in San Diego, and this wasn't a mountain we were looking at. BTW the chows were blowing their coats. All the labs and bull dogs are too now, here.
As for the snow I've lived in it for 19 yrs in Arkansas. (Take baby steps and don't lift your feet)..lol...

Wisconsin weather!
We had some labs, a Shiba Inu, and shepherds in about a month ago and were all loosing their coats. But then we got a snow storm this past weekend (16 inches) and now today it's raining, snowing, and icing out. This sucks. I love winter but why does it have to be like this. It is soooo windy out. I'm glad I don't work Thursdays since I have a 20 min drive to get to my shop! The roads are slippery! I thought because they were all blowing their coats, we were headed to spring but then the snow came! Lets just hope it will start warming up now like the weathermen are predicting!
