I like Quadruped's Dirty Dog Shampoo, they have a spray to go with it for after the bath.

None really, but the one I found works best is "Safely" by Spectrum Laboratories.

I never tried their Dirty dog. Did you try their new shampoo yet. I don't know what it is called. I have the all in one and tearless and the leave in conditioner which I love. But they call me at least once a month to see if I need more. I tried to explain that I am slow right now cauz my biz is new and I like the product and will call when I need more.
If your dog is fat, you are not getting enough exercise!

Never thought of that. I like to use Nature's Miracle. You spray it on and let it dry. I also use the Hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, and dawn dish detergent. THEN I use the Griminator followed by a deep conditioning. Not 100% but almost. Don't know if ANYTHING completely gets the odor off as it penetrates into the pores.

I haven't tried their new one. I'm not sure what it is. I just placed an order 2 weeks ago for the leave in cond. ( one of mine and my customers favorite) and the Flea shampoo( love that one). I also decided to try their ear cleaner, my helper loves it, so maybe I'll get the gallon next time. They also call me every month. I don't order from them all the time, just sort of "specialty" stuff. But I do love their products. They seem to be good quality.

If you're going to use any shampoo (or anything else) remember to apply it directly to DRY coat. If you apply water first, it ain't gonna work, and the water just spreads the oil through the coat.

Hey, Helly, I know how you and I can get rich. We should go in on a company together and MARKET A PRODUCT for de-skunking made of the hydrogen peroxide, baking soda and dishsoap, label it for use on pets, and then make a fortune. Since I came up with the idea, will you put out the dough?

Sure. Bread dough? Cookie dough? Whatever you think would work best.

But the big problem is you can't mix the peroxide and baking soda until just before you use it. Your bottle would explode and the peroxide would just become water. We'd have to do it like hair dye. Add this little packet, this little packet, apply immediately. Do not store any unused mixture. Bottle will explode.

                      That would work.

                        doggie salad

I just did a german shepherd using a couple cups of vinegar with a double bath using shampoo and conditioner. My Mom (a 40 year groomer) swore by it! I spent longer than usual on the bath; the client said the smell was gone!
