Ok, I just tried putting this up and while still typing it disappeared. So if it posts twice, I'm sorry.

I posted in December a dog I did where the husband dropped off and the wife picked up. The wife threw a fit, swearing and yelling at a boarding girl because her dog was to short. She wanted him and inch and he was only 3/4 of an inch. She upset my bosses because of her fit.

Well she came in today and said that last time she thought her dog was to short, but then she got him home and realized he was the same length as always and that the haircut was fine. She didn't apologize for being rude to the other girl or anything. Just said that she wanted the same as last time. Which was the only cut he ever got.

My boss Jim was out there and he walked in the back and told my other boss, his wife what she said. Oh that threw my boss Pat into a fit. Then they told the girl that got the butt end of the owners rudeness about it. She was so upset, couldn't believe that she would throw a fit like that using the words she did, then come in again and say that she actually like the haircut, and didn't even have the decency to apologize.

They were talking about telling her to never come back again. Wouldn't bother me any. That dog hates to be brushed (has gotten a lot better) and he always comes in matted.

No one mentioned anything to the woman??? I would have given her an ear full and if I had the authority I wouldn't have taken the dog.

you know i had the same exact thing happen to me a few yrs ago, while i worked at a petsomething,it was a very busy sat.and a new client with a maltese comes in,very matted,i had her sign all the matted release forms, told he it was going to be short, she said she understood, but could i please leave the face long,i said i would try,i managed to do dog with a #4,and did leave the face long, well she picks up dog,and starts yelling at me,her dog is to short,i wanted to punch her,i wa so mad,and to yell in front of other clients, and co workers, which they all stuck up for me,she calmed down, after a few minutes, and says to me,at least the face looks cute, they left, her friend she was with comes back gives me a tip, that i refused, and apologized, well guess what about 2 months later, she wants another appt,i happened to answer the phone, and she gives me a big sad story not realizing it was me,she said i forget the girls name who did my dog last, and i know i was upset about it,but when i got home i realized its the best hes ever looked,i said well i did your dog,and i wont do it again, not because you were upset, but because how you went about it embarrassing me in front of other people,so she hangs up phone, about 2 months later a new girl took an appt, that some woman with a maltese asked for me,and it was her,i was soooo mad i had to do this dog again,i dont even know why she would want me too, after i had told her i never would do her dog again, but at least i didnt have to see her,she had someone else drop, and pick up dog,and she never apologized for being rude either

I think I would have told her to just turn around and don't let the door hit her in the butt as she exits the building!!

Maybe she doesn't realize that she owes someone an apology. Maybe that's the way she always talks and acts when she is in public.

So did they call her on her rudeness. Sometimes people just need to be told and then they will say sorry, but if she didn't say it then I would tell her to take a hike. Back when she threw the fit and was yelling and cursing, I would have shown her where the door was and told her to never come back. If I had employees I would NEVER allow someone to treat them like that. We are human, and treat others as you want to be treated.

Neither of my boss's were there when she threw the fit. I was there, grooming another dog. I don't know why she didn't pop her head in and talk to me. But as pissed as my boss's were today, they most likely will say something to her and probably will tell her to go somewhere else. They don't let rude people like that stay as customers.

I won't tolerate that kind of rudeness from a customer. And to not even apologize to the staff she screamed and swore at? No way would I be grooming her dog again!

I think I would borrow a line from Stephen "You have a very unfortunate way of expressing yourself", and then calmly stand there and wait. The ball is in her court. Wait and see how she plays it. If an apology isn't forthcoming, I'd have to say "Unfortunately I don't think we are the best place for you to have your dog groomed. Because you're already here, and have an appointment, we'll do the best we can if you chose to leave your dog, but in the future, you will have to find another groomer."

After visiting my sister in the south a while back, seems to me you can say anything you want as long as you follow it up with "bless her or your heart"!!

Something like, "Listen hear b****, you have no idea how rude and offensive your comments were, bless your heart. You need to take your business elsewhere, bless your heart. Your hair is very similar to a poodle doo I do, bless your heart." Get the picture? When she turns to leave, finish the conversation with a co-worker with something like, "Her a** is as wide as the side of a barn, bless her heart".

Hope noone takes offense to this. This is meant to be funny...I love the south "bless your hearts" hehe...I'm in one of those moods!

p.s. I really do love the south!!!!!

I'm on a roll cuz I just got off the phone with my sister and it reminded me that every time I see her she uses this phrase.

Last time she visited me she said something like, "Oh, your house is a wreck, bless your heart, with all the long hours you're putting in you must not have time to clean." Trouble is, I had just gotten done and missed a cobweb in a corner. AHHHHHH!!!!!

                        Get the picture Mustluv?

                            That is funny

The classic thing ,among many my sister said was. (I had a stomach ache and said so, while at her house a mile away). I said that tuna san did't agree with me. "Oh you're always sick with something, you thought you were gonna die from Breast cancer, but you didn't.... Sorry to dissapoint you I said, but wait ,I still have time . After six years, I guess ,she is very disappointed,I"m still around. Now I think it's funny LOL. She once told my mother that I have no redeaming. qualities. I hope this is in off topic. No one in our family will talk to her....you don't want to know why.The people she remembers as our parents are not the same people I remember. (My mother was the best) Her mother (same ) the worst. I know I am correct, everyone knows I am. loved (our) Everyone loved our mother. I should be so good!
