i didnt realize you were the chuck that i had got my 2 gh last year at burbank show,i opened my shop,im may,during the constuction of my shop i had lost the directions to the gh,but still had the video,but was very grainy,so here i had this great tool and didnt really know how to use it,until someone said to me(im kinda of a knucklehead)why dont you just call the company and they will send you the directions,so i did last fri,but you were closed as im in ca.so i left a message and that i wouldnt be back into shop until tuesday,first thing tues morning a nice woman from gh calls me,and says no prob i can send you out a new video too,got it in 2 days,very happy with everything thanks
